Subtract the pattern
Carving is subtraction: the artwork is nested from a vector file, cut through by laser or CNC router, deburred and chamfered, then the whole panel is sprayed. Motifs range from flowers and landscapes to brand marks and pure geometry.
Because the substrate is aluminium, a carved panel still achieves Class A non-combustibility, so it suits façades, screens and interior feature walls. With LED behind it the pattern glows through at night.
