The first line of the façade
Curtain wall veneer is our core product. Panels start as 3003 / 5005 aluminium-manganese sheet, are CNC cut, folded, welded and ground, then pass through a 460-metre automated fluorocarbon line: degreasing, alkaline etching, acid brightening, chromating, drying, spraying and curing.
The coating is Kynar-500 / Hylur500 fluorocarbon resin, two-coat or three-coat, 25–35 μm dry film. Stiffeners are laid out according to panel size and all four edges are folded, so wind-load deflection and flatness meet ASTM requirements with no visible oil-canning at two metres.
