Thin, but not soft
A honeycomb panel is two aluminium skins bonded to a hexagonal aluminium core. The core is 3003 foil, bonded with adhesive film under heat and pressure, with peel strength tested to project requirements.
At equal stiffness it weighs about a third of solid veneer, so panels can be very large without sagging — used on supertall towers, long canopies and anywhere flatness is critical.

Key details
The details that decide whether it installs well and still sits flat in three years.
- 01
Very flat
Continuous core support — large panels stay flat.
- 02
Light
Roughly one third of solid veneer at equal stiffness.
- 03
Stiff
High flexural rigidity, minimal wind deflection.
- 04
Insulating
The core cavity provides some thermal resistance.
