Unfold first, then cut
“Shaped” is not a catalogue item — it is the ability to build to drawing. Drawings come in, we unfold, nest, cut, fold, weld and grind, then spray the finished panel as one piece. Angles, radii and opening positions are all controlled by the drawing.
Diamond, petal and pyramid units are trial-assembled in groups in the workshop and shipped with numbers. On site the crew positions by number — no second cutting, no on-site adjustment.
